Inspiration for Self Empowerment

Self Empowerment is a byproduct of Spiritual Wisdom. It begins with awareness and a desire to “know self.” It is a process of aligning our will with our higher spirit and through the gift of choice—choosing to grow our inner and outer knowledge base— expanding “our” vision and applying it to our daily lives. It allows us to begin to see and embody the gift within each experience, empowering us to create our lives versus react to life.

Jesus said, the walk to wisdom requires that we must come as a child.  A child’s eyes are open to the newness of life.  A child’s heart is open to receive love and life’s blessings.  The mind of a child is searching with a desire to grow and expand.

Release and Renew

See Become the Best version of Self…Honest Awareness under Our World Our Life. So how do we release those old energies we no longer wish to carry? By setting our intention and pulling our energy out of them. Every time we react, we are investing our energy into the situation or expression. To set my intention I find it helpful to list those things I choose to release in small letters and next to them list what I would like to create in larger writing. For example, if I wish to release judgment of others and create Love, kindness, Understanding (that we are all children of God and growing)…

Create: Patience, Love, Understanding and Kindness

Release Anger (and underlying energies)

Create: Calm, Peace, Love (or whatever you feel is lacking and creating anger)

In order to pull our energy out of something, we are choosing to place it in what we would like to create. Each time we feel it coming up we choose to switch gears until we are expressing our desired self. Affirmations are very helpful. I simply acknowledge the old energy without reacting to it and choose to affirm. Breathe in Light (renew), Open our Mind, Open our Heart and repeat silently…

I Am Love. I See the Light in You. I Discern what is Right and Perfect for Me and I Give Others the Same Freedom.

Jesus often said, that to become the master, we must act as the master (of self). We must stand up and commit to our growth by playing the part until one day we reach completion. The greatest creation of all is that of our true self not the many masks we wear. In our true self, life and purpose fall into place.
